Certified nurse’s help all their patients and family members and the organizations that employ them through care provision. They are more confident in their judgments and satisfied with their nursing careers. Collaboration with nurse educators to promote RN competency is an significant option in portfolio development (Saab et al., 2021). A commitment to lifelong learning and attaining expert status in the field can significantly aid a nurse’s career advancement. Approaches and strategies to consider such as community involvement and volunteer work are essential to developing the portfolio. Community service participant’s nurses are more likely to feel compassion for individuals in need. Volunteering is another way to express oneself in society. Volunteering with professionals in the same field may be an excellent way to acquire new skills. Patients can benefit much from the nurse getting a higher level of qualification and sharing their experience with everyone else. I am pretty eager to complete my postgraduate degree and expand my practice area to keep making a positive effect.
